Western NewYork Ice Boom Removal Underway

This is apparently a good sign that things are heating up? NO? Ok, well due to the mild winter Western NewYork has had, it's now a good time to remove the ice. According to WGRZ, this ins't the first time this has happen. Four years ago, workers began to remove the ice in February. Normally around this time, it's snowing repeatedly but it's not the case this time.
