According to the New York Times, Sean Spicer has resigned from his position as White House press secretary.  The resignation comes on the heels of Anthony Scaramucci accepting a position as communications director for the White House.  Pres. Trump asked Spicer to stay but he declined and added that the hiring of Mr. Scaramucci would do nothing but add more confusion and uncertainty around the Trump Administration.

Sean Spicer's, top deputy Sarah Huckabee Sanders will take on the position and serve as press secretary.  Trump says he has no intention of changing his behaviors, but he does believe that his communications staff needs to defend him better.
