School lunch prices have increased almost $2.00 within the past two years, and the increase is on again!  But much more debatable than the price increase is who's actual paying for it.

Low-income families pay nothing for lunches...they're FREE!  Low- to moderate-income families aslo get a break, with lunches mandatorily costing no more than 40 cents.  However, families with an income of $42,643  and up have to pay full price.  Is this fair?  What do you think?
