Rochester Woman Arrested for Videotaping Traffic Stop [VIDEO]

Youtube

A Rochester, NY woman has opened a firestorm after she was arrested  while videotaping a traffic stop by a Rochester Police officer.

As you will see in the video a person was pulled over for an unknown traffic offense. This woman was on her own property filming what was going on.  When the officer noticed her there he asked her to please go inside her house.  The woman refuses after multiple request to do so.

I spoke with a police officer who says the officer was within his right to ask the person to go inside her home, even though she was on her own property.

Watch the video and give your honest answer in our comment section.  Who is wrong here?
