Now Inmates Can Upgrade Their Jail Cells for a Price! [NEWS VIDEO]

Well welcome to LUXURY JAIL, where inmates can 'PAY TO STAY'!!!!  Luxury is of course relative.  Jail is jail anyway you wanna cut it...but if you have enough money you can experience Jail in a slightly more 'comfortable' setting!

...but is this Good or Bad...and is it Fair?  TAKE THE POLL (below)!

My opinion is that it's a Rip-Off and why should a criminal get preferential treatment whether they can afford it or not???  I think the UPGRADED cells should be afforded to everyone...and based on either the level of crime and / or good behavior.  But a Wealthy Child Molester, or Serial Killer , etc should NEVER be allowed ANY COMFORT in my opinion!!!
