Buffalo Prenatal-Perinatal Network, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that has been in operation for 26 years. The overall mission of the organization is to coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders in Erie County/City of Buffalo, to increase access to and utilization of preconception, prenatal, perinatal and postpartum health care services in the community. From 1-2:30pm, with a Tea Reception to follow
The cost to participate is $20

What to do:
Dress in loose fitting clothing.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but it is not required.
If you are not able to get to the floor you can yoga from a chair.
