He had clients coming to see him on a regular basis, a very professional website online, and even opened his own medical center with clients. Police officials conducted an investigation and sent an undercover officer into his practice. He was arrested  after preparing to give a woman an exam. He's charged with practicing medicine without a license. He's out of jail now on $3,000 bond.
