FIRE CHAN GAILEY!

Since Chan Gailey has been the Head Coach with the Buffalo Bills they have won only 14 games in the past 3 years.  How does he keep his job?  The Bills are not a bad team... they may have some bad players making 100's of millions of dollars INDIVIDUALLY...but even that is based on a Head Coach who thought it might be a GREAT IDEA to pay one player that much money to perform MAYBE 1 tackle per game.

What ever happened to the "Bills Of Old"...the O.J., Joe Ferguson, Don Bebee, Paul McGuire, Ruben Brown, Marv Levy, Andre Reed, Thurman Thomas, Bruce Smith, James Lofton, Ruben Brown....heck, even Scott Norwood could be added to the list compared to what the Bills have been the past few years...and it's getting worse.... (Scott Norwood was actually a great kicker...just got a bad name for his missed Field Goal try against the Giants in the Super Bowl).  From 1998 - Present the Bills have had a string of questionable coaches...the worst of whom is Chan Gailey ...in my opinion.

Stevie Johnson has recently questioned Gailey's coaching decision  suggesting Ryan Fitzpatrick should be given more freedom in changing plays if he's sees it appropriate...doesn't that also suggest that the coach doesn't make the right decision st times?  What do you think...is Stevie Johnson correct...or is it a more serious issue such that the current coach just doesn't need to call anymore plays for the Bills EVER!!!!! ?
