Here in America many schools and other businesses are closed for Columbus Day. But if you don't want to celebrate

Canada is one of the few Countries in the Western Hemisphere who don't celebrate some form of Columbus Day . Instead on the second Monday of October, our neighbors to the North celebrate Thanksgiving instead.
