It's almost time to get your green on and come downtown for one of the biggest celebrations of the year in Buffalo. On Saint Patrick’s Day weekend (March 16-17), the entire city will be feeling the luck of the Irish this year. To celebrate the rich Irish heritage of Buffalo, thousands will come out and celebrate with two parades, one on Delaware Avenue and another in the Old First Ward.
March is already here, and you know what that means: It's almost time for St. Patrick's Day!
March 14, 2013 Here's a little bit more of the story of how a naked guy happens to run around downtown Buffalo, from the woman who accidentally hit him (get hit by him??) while she was in her car.
Buffalo isn't exactly short on dishes and delicacies that make out-of-towners scratch their heads. I'm pretty sure I've never gotten through a conversation with a friend living in some other corner of the country without hearing "Beef on what?" or "What's a loganberry?" So if you're a Buffalonian, there's about a 600 percent chance you've had to explain a butter lamb before.

March 12, 2013 I'm not a Bills fan at heart but everybody seems to be pleased with the release of the "10 million dollar dream quarterback" Ryan Fitzpatrick.
It's official. The Bills are in the market for a new quarterback. After hearing the comments from Buddy Nix about his gunslinger just a few days ago, I'm not really surprised. He's done some great things for the Bills, but evidently not enough. Today the Bills parted ways with Ryan Fitzpatrick.
March 11, 2013 The good news is, New York Senator Patrick Gallivan is pushing a law that would make Upstate New York the most attractive place in the nation to make movies. The bad news is, without the tax incentive, another film about Buffalo will film in Ohio.
We got a little taste of warm weather this weekend, which means most of us are now itching for spring. There are plenty of signs the warm weather is coming: Daylight Saving Time. Easter. Darien Lake's opening day.
Easter is great because it's the first sign of spring, and it's another excuse to eat chocolate. Plus, who doesn't love decorating eggs? There's also a ton of cheap (and free) Easter events happening in Buffalo within the next few weeks -- we even found an adult Easter Egg Hunt at a winery. Yes, please!
