Can ANYONE (Please) Explain? ***WARNING*** [EXPLICIT LANGUAGE & VERY DISTURBING]

Before we begin... There's this HUGE ISSUE regarding RACISM and THE N-WORD lately... That's ONE of the "BIG PROBLEMS IN AMERICA"... because Black people should not be looked upon any differently than any other NORMAL PEOPLE... Right?

Well let's be HONEST and ask ourselves (ourselves meaning any human being reading this)... What is EVERY CULTURE OUTSIDE OF THE AFRICAN-AMERICAN CULTURE supposed to THINK when they see THIS!!!!! (keepin in mind the "ONE BAD APPLE CONCEPT") Ok...keep reading...

You know how you need a TRANSLATOR if you don't know a language someone is speaking? Here's a language I don't speak...and I don't even know where I would or could go to get someone...ANYONE... to TRANSLATE THIS!!! ANY TAKERS???? PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THIS IS... IT'S COMPLETELY FOREIGN TO ME!!!!!
