Buffalo Stabbing Sends Man to the Hospital
There was a stabbing Monday night in Buffalo. It seems as thought there has been an increase in stabbings in the city.
Buffalo Police responded to a stabbing on Lilac Street Monday evening. Buffalo Police Department spokesman Michael J. DeGeorge said the victim was treated at Mercy Hospital following the incident, according to BuffaloNew.com.
The victim's cousin is the alleged perpetrator and has been arrested on assault and weapons charges. The incident happened just before 8 p.m. at 7:40 p.m. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries.
It's sad when anyone gets hurt, but especially when a family member inflicts the injury. Family is supposed to look out for each other! In the last couple of weeks I have seen at least three or four other stabbings in the city.
It's crazy out here; we need to love each other not hate and hurt each other! I know that sounds cliche, but I am sick of hearing about all this violence.
