Buffalo has been pretty cold lately, and I can’t say I’m a fan of winter weather. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to head down south last weekend for the wedding of former WBLK mix show DJ and Fix Your Face affiliate, DJ Noodles. The wedding weekend celebration was also combined with my favorite holiday…my Birthday- something I’ve never been known to take lightly. Needless to say, fresh off the plane, we did things right in true Fix Your Face fashion at Club Skye on Friday night!

For me, this weekend is basically on par with Christmas and my birthday: The Taste of Buffalo is July 9th and 10th. I love food, but more than anything, I love Buffalo food: La Nova wings and pizza, and BW's ribs and cornbread are a few of my steady favorites. It's amazing to find tried and true favorites in one place, along with many new local eats I haven't tried.
