Upstate New York Warned Not To Use This Decoration

Happy Halloween! The big day is almost here but it seems as though most people have been ready for weeks! It has been pretty impressive to drive around the Buffalo and Western New York area and see so many elaborate displays on front lawns and porches. Are your kids ready for the fun and candy??

Even though many companies and retailers have jumped over Halloween and Thanksgiving and are drawing you in to shop for Christmas, the spirit of Halloween weekend in alive and well in Western New York. But there is one debate that has popped up over a specific type of decoration that, honestly, I hadn't thought of until I saw it on Facebook.

For kids, this may be the biggest and best weekend of the year. Well, maybe the second best. Christmas is just a few weeks away. But the Halloween weekend is upon us and there are so many great things for the kids and families this weekend. From trunk or treat events to the haunted houses and hayrides, the weather is going to allow for a dry and fun weekend!

Keep in mind, this weekend and Monday evening, kids will be crossing back and forth from house to house. Drive slow and be cautious.
