Congrats to Will and Jada Smith.  They joined leverage buyout specialist Joshua Harris and others in his ownership group to buy the Philadelphia 76ers from Comcast-Spectacor.

According to blacksportsonline.com, the Sixers went for a $280.

They’ll remain at the Wells Fargo Center and have inked a long-term cable deal for the games to be broadcasted on Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia.

Ed Stefanski is out as general manager and Rod Thorn will assume more duties as team president. There’s good news for the fans. They’ll see tickets prices go from $101 and $54 to $54 to $29. The Sixers also launched NewSixersOwner.com for fan feedback to increase their fan base.

Can’t wait to see Smith’s 76ers vs. Jay-Z’s New Jersey Nets for Rapper's bragging rights lol.
