Volvo has recalled about 500,000 cars because of the risk of engine fires.

According to WIVB, Volvo says part of the engine is made of plastic and could melt when the temperature changes. It actually caused a fire in a few cases.

The specific Volvo's recalled have two-liter, four-cylinder diesel engines and were made between 2014 and 2019.
