Travel Advisory Remains In Effect For Parts Of Western New York

The travel advisory that was issued last night remains in effects for parts of Western New York.

The advisory is in effect for Buffalo, Erie County, the Town of Amherst, Niagara County, Niagara Falls, Genesee County, Orchard Park and the City of Lackawanna

This is just an advisory, not a travel ban. A travel ban can only be issued if the state declares a state of emergency, which New York has not done.
