This fast food Restaurant wants to hire more than 10,000 people in WNY this Summer

Well here it is my people, McDonald's is hiring more than 10,000 positions across New York State this summer.

That's a lot of people  and according to their website the  "Archways to Opportunity" program will allow Employees who have worked for more than 90 days and more than 15 hours a week, they'll the chance to earn a high school diploma, receive $2,500 in upfront college tuition assistance and access to career advising services. This is a pretty cool initiative. They'll also be provided with the chance to learn English as a second language.
