You're convicted of a felony or a lesser type of crime, you serve your time, and you're now FREE...but when you go to fill out a job application, you are REQUIRED to put a CHECK IN THE BOX that asks "Have You Ever Been Convicted Of A Crime?"

Buffalo is among other cities and states who are moving to "BAN THE BOX" and remove it from job apps to help people convicted of crimes land a job.  What do you think?
