These were the streets in Buffalo that had the most parking tickets issued last year.

There was a event at the Helium nightclub, along with a hockey game at the key bank center and Labatt had its grand opening of its new bar which made for parking to be a absolute nightmare. According to WKBW, the city has released details on a plan to add more than 500 metered parking spaces downtown...

Buffalo Roam was in the works since 2015, and yesterday Mayor Byron Brown just announced that it's up and running, ready for download. You pay for parking right from your smartphone, and even receive alerts when your time is about to expire...

This is good news, not as good as "Parking Will Be Free", but at least it'll be easier to PAY for parking. Tthe APP to do that will be FREE; so at least there's something within this deal that you DON'T have to pay for. WATCH:
