There is one young woman in Western New York who really needs our help. Twenty-four-year-old Brianna Digiacomo of Hamburg has polycystic kidney disease. She has had it since she has been born. Her blood type is O+ and she is in desperate need of a new kidney and we are here to help the search!

Wow. When you hear that over 800 kids have sleeping on the floor....or on the couch here in Western New York, it will break your heart. Even worse, those are the only ones that one amazing charity have gotten to so far.

First let me start by saying Johnny aka Woods did not ask me to post this and probably isn't even aware that I did lol. But last week unfortunately his house was involved in a really bad fire and he lost everything. Although physically he is ok words cant express what him and his family has to be going through right now after this fire.
