Should Street Harassment Be Punishable By Jail? [VIDEO]

There's a new movement called "HOLLABACK! STOP STREET HARASSMENT", a developing organization of everyday women who are tired of being harassed as they walk down the street or in public in general.

These women are pushing for laws to be passed to the extent that a man could go to jail for making unwanted comments directed at a woman.
