Police Arrest Man For Filming Them, Shoot His Rottweiler [VIDEO]

This is very disturbing video, this man did nothing wrong in my opinion!

He cooperated fully with law enforcement, but his dog (using its natural instincts -- must have felt that its owner was in danger) responded in a way that made the cops uneasy!

This is a doggone SHAME!
