Nicki Minaj is not a fan of PDA (Public Displays of Affection) so simply spotting her out and about with a new man is proof enough that Nicki may have a new love in her life just in time for Valentine's Day!

She was seen having dinner with a rapper by the name of Brinx whose currently signed to her label. She's stated in an interview back in November, that she has worked with him for years and he's one of the nicest people she knows!
