Miguel Arrested For DUI [VIDEO]

How many drinks does it take to get a DUI? Miguel knows the answer to that one! He was just arrested for drunk driving!

Grammy-winning R&B singer Miguel allegedly drove drunk early Thursday and was pulled over on a Los Angeles freeway for speeding and having illegally tinted windows on his BMW at 2:15 a.m. The legal limit for California is .08; Miguel reportedly had an alcohol level of .10.

Miguel, whose full name is Miguel Jontel Pimentel, was booked at around 3.30 a.m. He was released at 5 a.m. after posting $5,000 bail. A court date has been scheduled for September 9.

Of course, the gas station clerk took video of the incident and quickly sold it to TMZ.

He should have pulled that leg drop move on the cop! LOL -- just kidding.
