Lyft Gives Former New Era Employees a Lift

Everyone knows that the New Era Derby plant will be closing the end of this month and its made major new especially with some key baseball players bringing it to attention thru tweets and inside interviews.

Now the driving service  Lyft is trying to help the more than 200 people soon without a job. According to  Lyft, they  will help former New Era employees traveling to explore new jobs and interview opportunities. They will provide $50 in Lyft credit, including five free rides up to $10 each.

This  New Era deal will be available through the end of MArch, Monday through Friday form 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for travel within the greater Buffalo area.
