This afternoon will be the last time that the Buffalo Bills can improve their roster, as the NFL trade deadline is set for 4 pm. The Buffalo Bills have been linked to several trades over the past couple of weeks, but what are the odds that one will happen? Well, a move the team made yesterday means they could be active today.

Buffalo Bills Make Sneaky Move Ahead Of NFL Trade Deadline

The Buffalo Bills announced a simple move on Monday that could mean that they will be active today ahead of the NFL trade deadline. The Bills announced that they converted the salary for Taron Johnson to a signing bonus, which increased the amount of cap space the team has ahead of the trade deadline.

So with that extra savings, the Buffalo Bills could be gearing up to make a trade. So will the Buffalo go ahead with a wide receiver, a defensive end, or a safety? What do you think?

For me I think the Bills will go after some defensive help now that Michael Hoecht is out for the rest of the season with an Achilles injury. I think the Bills could make a deal with Houston for former 2nd-round draft pick Darrell Taylor. Taylor hasn't played much this season, but does have 24.5 sacks in 69 games.
