It looks like some kids will be playing in the snow for their Spring Break in Western New York.

A cold front is expected to move across the area on Tuesday, and with it will be a drop in our temperatures and a chance of snow Tuesday night into Wednesday.


We will be back to warmer weather on Thursday, with some above-average temperatures expected across the area. The average temperature in Buffalo for this time of year is around 50 degrees. We are looking at temperatures that will be nearly 10 degrees or more warmer heading into the weekend.

Temperatures are expected to be in the upper 50s and low 60s for Easter weekend. We could see some more rain on Saturday, but Easter Sunday looks like it will be a sunny one.

The warm weather looks like it is here to stay after Easter, with the end of April having well above average temperatures. Most of the week after Easter is looking like a mix of sun and clouds with highs in the low 60s.
