That's it, the preseason is officially over and the next time the Buffalo Bills put on the pads in a game situation, they will be playing for keeps and for a chance to win the Super Bowl.

The Bills are just days away from kicking off the new season on the road against the LA Rams and this year is Buffalo's year if you believe a lot of the talking heads up to make predictions.

The Buffalo Bills are the odds-on favorite to win the Super Bowl this year and they definitely have Bills Mafia in a good mood. But what happened if we simulate the season using the latest edition of Madden 23?

Yahoo! Sports did just that. They took the current rosters of each NFL team and simulated a whole season, and the outcome won't please Bills Mafia.

This is the 5th straight year that Yahoo! Sports has conducted the simulation.

Of course with that simulation, you will get some glitches and head-scratching results.  The first one is the simulation has the New York Jets winning the AFC East. I don't think anyone in their right mind would pick the Jets to win the division.

The simulation also has the Colts going 16-1, which is highly unlikely. But for the playoffs, the simulation has the Jets, Browns, Colts, Chiefs, Cowboys, Packers, Buccaneers and Cardinals, Titans, Ravens, Bills, Saints, Panthers, and Eagles all making the playoffs.

So how do the playoffs shake out? The simulation has the Chiefs ended up being the AFC representative in the simulated Super Bowl LVII and found themselves playing a surprise opponent in the Saints. New Orleans then pulled the upset, downing Kansas City 34–14 to claim the franchise’s second Super Bowl title.

If you think computers are so smart, you might want to put some money on the Saints to win this year's Super Bowl. I don't think many humans have them winning the big game this year.

As for my prediction, I have the Bills beating the 49ers 35-17 to win their first Superbowl in the team's history.
