Old Farmer's Almanac September Forecast For Western New York
Western New York looks like it might have the best weather of the entire state in the month of September. The month will start off warm, but then cool down by week 3 and 4.
The average temperature for the month should be around 62 degrees, which is the normal temperature for this time of year.

It is expected to be drier than normal. The average precipitation will be near 2.5", which is about a half-inch below average.
Old Farmer's Almanac September Forecast For Central New York
Average temperatures are expected across Central New York for the month of September. The Old Farmer's Almanac is calling for an average of 65 degrees in September, which is near the historical average.
It will be very dry as the predicted precipitation amount is expected to be around 3 inches, which is 2 inches below normal for September.
Old Farmer's Almanac September Forecast For Eastern New York
In the Eastern part of New York, cooler weather will be the hot topic in September. The Old Farmer's Almanac is calling for an average of around 59 degrees, which is nearly 2 degrees cooler than normal.
As for the rain, it will be drier in the Southern part of the region and wetter in the Northern part of Eastern New York.
