The Buffalo Bills are in the off-season and there are many things to look forward to for NFL teams, such as free agency and the draft.

However, we still have the Super Bowl to play next Sunday, February 12th in Arizona. It will be the Philadelphia Eagles playing the Kansas City Chiefs. Before that, we have the Pro Bowl festivities.

The Pro Bowl game itself is no more. Instead, there will be a skills competition and flag football game, along with other things that NFL players voted to the Pro Bowl will do.

Bills quarterback Josh Allen was named to the Pro Bowl once again, but on Tuesday he elected to decline the Pro Bowl to rest his elbow injury from this past season...however, Allen will have plans this weekend instead and Bills fans are loving him for it.

For the second straight year, Allen will sit out the Pro Bowl to golf in the Pebble Beach Pro Am. The Pro Am is where celebrities team up with professional golfers every February.

The Pro Bowl has long been looked at as a punch-line by fans and media. The fact that Allen has done this two years in a row is such a breath of fresh air, because it's proving how meaningless the Pro Bowl has become.

The good news is they finally got rid of the actual Pro Bowl game. Last year's game was a brutal watch and they at least realized the players were not going to put their bodies at risk for a game that did not mean anything.
