Four Black teens beat, torture mentally disabled White teen! [Video]

Four African-American teens beat and tortured a Caucasian teen, who is mentally disabled! Do you think they should be charged with a hate crime? Watch and vote!

Chicago cops have charged Jordan Hill, Tesfaye Cooper, Brittany Covington and Tanishia Covington with a hate crime -- for kidnapping and torturing the 18-year-old man. The teens were charged Thursday with aggravated kidnapping, hate crime, aggravated unlawful restraint and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

The four 18-year-olds recorded the incident of them torturing the 18-year-old white mentally disabled man on Facebook live. Someone in the video yelled “F— Trump!” and “F— white people,” according to the Chicago Sun Times. Someone also tells the victim, “kiss the floor, b—-!,” “nobody can help you anymore” and makes him say “I love black people.”

Police believe the teen was held captive at an apartment on Chicago's west side. Officers found the man wearing only shorts, disoriented, walking in the frigid cold. Police have not ruled out charging the attack as a hate crime. Do you think the 4 teens should be charged with a hate crime?
