Dashcam Video Of Black Teen Shot 16 Times While Walking Away From Chicago Police Prompts FBI Investigation

The FBI has launched a criminal probe into what lead up to the death of Laquan McDonald a 17-year-old Chicago resident.

While he was surrounded by a number of Chicago police officers for holding a knife, officers decided instead of waiting for the use of a taser to take matters into their own hands and shooting the young man 16 times and killing him.

Although the dashcam video has not been released to the public, the feds saw it and decided to look further into the incident.
