Could NYS Be Next For Emoji License Plates?
2020 just started and many states are preparing for new bill proposals. These bills can range from informational to recreational.

How would you feel if your license plates had emojis added to them? Well, State Rep. Rebecca White wants to let drivers express themselves, and has introduced a bill to allow emojis on custom license plates, according to NBC5.
There are over 3000 registered emojis, and the bill doesn't say which ones will be used but it does say one of six will be available to choose from. These would be added in addition to the plate's registration number, and would not replace any letters or numbers.
If passed, Vermont would be the first state with these Emoji plates. Will NYS and other states let others express their emotions through these plates?
