Chris Brown was served with a restraining order at his own birthday party. The R&B star's ex, model Karrueche Tran, filed for the restraining order back in February. According to TMZ, Brown was served by a process server while he was leaving Grooves nightclub in Houston.

Stating that Brown physically assaulted her and “told a few people that he was going to kill” her,  and “threatened to shoot” her, Tran and her BFF Joseph Ryan La Cour both filed for Brown to stay away.

There were attempts to serve Brown with a temporary restraining order in March, but TMZ got footage of Brown apparently getting the documents this time around. His hearing is reportedly scheduled for late May.

La Cour cited an altercation that happened at Diddy’s Super Bowl party where the singer confronted him. “Ima f— you up every time I see you,” Brown allegedly told La Cour. “So you better get the f— out of here before I lay your ass out.”

At that same party, La Cour said Chris threw a drink at one of his friends, telling her, “Move, bitch–we aren’t friends.” The party was around the same time that Chris Brown posted a video bragging that he was a stalker when it came to women in his life.
