40-year-old Al-Shariyfa Robinson is in custody charged with Arson and Murder relative to a fire that she allegedly started which subsequently killed 64 Year-Old James Hodges, and 58 Year-Old Edward Hughes, 58...according to News Reports
The fire happened on October 10, 2015 at 392 Curtis Street just after 4:30 a.m.
