Buffalo Man with Three Times the Legal Limit Driving Wrong Way on 33

A Buffalo man involved in an alcohol-related crash last October, has finally been arrested!

The man, Rodney Borden Jr., was arrested recently by the Buffalo Police Department, in connection with a head-on crash on the 33 back in October of 2018. The incident happened near the Locust Street exit, according to WIVB. Borden has been charged with aggravated vehicular assault, aggravated DWI, reckless driving, and imprudent speed, among other charges. His BAC was .29, three times the legal limit. He struck and injured a woman in another vehicle, who suffered multiple injuries.
