Buffalo Drug Bust Yields 980 Bags of Heroin!

Two people have been arrested for possessing 980 Bags of Heroin in their home according to the WIVB News and that's GREAT... but I question whether this will even put a dent in the Problem!

The Heroin was found after a raid on a lower front apartment in the 100 block of Fifteenth Street...but where do you get materials to fill 980 Bags of Heroin? Isn't that the Bigger Issue?  We NEVER hear about the SOURCE ...we always hear about the little people who are arrested (rightfully and should be) .. but does that truly erase the threat of drugs in the Community?
