Just when Young Thug thought his legal woes were subsiding, a new lawsuit has surfaced against the "Chanel" rapper. Yesterday (Nov. 28), reports surfaced that lawyers for famed jewelry store Icebox in Buckhead, Atlanta are suing Thugger to collect his debt from the last year.

Attorneys for Icebox claim that the Slime Language rapper walked out of his store with more than $200,000 worth of jewelry after promising that he would pay the amount back at a later time. After making four transactions at the store from May 2017 to May of this year, Thug, who was born Jeffrey Williams, made $95,000 in payments on the invoices, however the bills weren't paid in full.

According to Icebox's legal team, Thugger purchased a $30,000 Rolex watch, a $20,000 Cartier bracelet and a $30,000 diamond wallet chain with a $6,500 rose gold clasp. The jeweler alleges that the Atlanta native “intentionally induced Icebox to allow him to take merchandise” with no intention to pay up. Matthew Parrish, an attorney with Atlanta-based firm Robbins Ross Alloy Belinfante Littlefield representing the jeweler, asserts that Young Thug was sent a letter on Oct. 16, which demanded that the $115,090 balance be paid in full, but hasn't heard back from him or his team.

“We told him if he did not respond, or at least get back to us to discuss the debt, within 30 days, we would sue him,” Parrish said.

Icebox's lawyers want a judge and a jury trial to demand that the On the Rvn rapper pay off the remaining balance plus $250,000 in punitive damages, as well as paying the attorneys’ fees. Although he was just released from jail for violating the terms of his parole, Thugger has yet to respond to the new lawsuit at hand, but we know he wants to do right by any means.

“I’m sorry for disobeying the court," Thugger said in his plea to the judge for freedom. "I’m sorry for disobeying my P.O. and being here again,” Young Thug told the judge. “I just want to go home with my family and do right.”

Hopefully, Young Thug will be able to travel outside the state to see himself as paintings during Art Basel in Miami next week despite his legal troubles.
