Young Dro has run into some legal trouble for the second time this year, with Fox 5 Atlanta reporting that the rapper has been arrested at Georgia Southern University after authorities caught him with drugs and a firearm on campus Sunday (Aug. 28). In January, Dro was arrested on drug charges in Georgia, the Clayton County Sheriff’s Department booking him for violating the controlled substance act.

According to police records Dro was one of four people arrested outside of the university's Performing Arts Center where he was scheduled to perform. He has been charged with carrying a weapon in a school safety zone, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or first offender, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. Dro was supposed to be a part of the school's Statesboro Summer Jam.

Bond has yet to be set, with Dro's formal charges included below.

The incident as well follows grand theft auto accusations leveled against Dro last August. An exotic dancer alleged that Dro asked her to borrow her Cadillac in February of 2015. She agreed on the condition that he would pick her up after her shift at the Pink Pony club when she was done working. The dancer said that Young Dro never showed up. She was eventually able to locate her car using OnStar. Dro apparently dumped the car in an abandoned parking lot. Police arrived at the scene at the same time as the dancer found her car because they received reports of two men driving erratically in the area.
