Tonight's BIG DUMMY is Penelope Soto, 18, was arrested in Miami yesterday for possession of Xanax. While facing Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat, Penelope flirted and laughed her way through her bail hearing, that's until he set her bond at $5000. She wasn't happy and told the judge to "eff off." Judge called her back and adjusted the bond to $10,000. Oh, that made her angrier. She walked away and gave the judge the finger. He called her back again and sentenced her to 30 days in jail for contempt of court.

I know Penelope has watched some kind of court TV in her life. She should've known better than to go to court and act like she was in a good mood. Who wants to be in court ? The judge knows she is not happy to be there, so I don't get what she was trying to accomplish by flirting with the judge in court.

Penelope appeared in court again this morning to face the original drug charge that landed her in jail in the first place. This time she knew how to act. She didn't laugh or smile during the appearance before Judge Jeffrey Rosinek, who had to ask her several times to repeat herself because she was so quiet. The judge set her bond at $5,000, but she'll still have to serve the 30-day sentence. The judge agreed to have the her case thrown out if she completes a drug program. 30 Days in jail for not knowing correct court conduct.
