A woman finds out the home she now lives in was used as a torture chamber for a serial killer. The discovery was made after family members told her to watch a documentary on A&E about serial killers. While watching the program the woman discovered that the house that she now occupies was used by a serial killer and the chilling history of the basement would creep most people out.

When she tried break her lease after watching the special, the landlord refused to allow her out of the agreement and said the woman was made aware of the details of the home's past at the time of the start of the lease.

The story gets even more bizarre; the landlord is the serial killers mother.
