Woman Calls 911 Because of Ugly Mugshot Picture [BIG DUMMY FILES]

Checking out the Smoking Gun and ran into this BIG DUMMY ! Forty-five-year-old Tonya Ann Fowler of Commerce, GA was arrested and charged with misusing the 911 system after she called 911 to complain about a mugshot (above) taken following a prior arrest for making terroristic threats. According to police, Tonya saw herself on the cover of “Bad & Busted,” and she didn't like the way she looked. Every story has an upside, she did get to pose for a newmug shot.
