After teasing the project two months ago, Wiz Khalifa, Juicy J and producer TM88 have officially announced the release of the new joint project Rude Awakening. And you don't even have to wait long to get it. The collab offering will be hitting the streets next week.

News initially broke about the project in March when TM88, of the Atlanta base production group 808 Mafia, posted a tracklist of the proposed LP on Insragram. The project was thought to be called TGODMAFIA. Juice later co-signed the post adding, “Me, Wiz, TM88. Should I drop this project tonite [sic]? Or get high and drop it later?” he tweeted. Apparently the drugs got the best of the Juiceman and he decided to let it marinate. But now it appears its about togo down.

Wiz announced the slight change in plans on Twitter, "Me @therealjuicyj and @TM88 decided to call our project Rude Awakening and it drops next week," he posted.

He later added, "Wrote a whole song in the airport. Cant wait to get back to New York to record it...Ill be in New York all month recording my album. Rented an apartment in the city to catch a vibe."

Now it appears the name of the group will be TGOD MAFIA. If the tracklist TM posted a month ago remains the same the project will contain 14 songs. There will only be one guest appearance from Liam Payne on the track "You."
