It all happened at a gas station in Jacksonville, Fla. back on November 23, 2012.

Michael Dunn, 47, said that he felt threatened by a group of teens sitting inside of a vehicle with loud music coming out of it, so he decided to shoot up the SUV when the children decided not to obey his request to turn down their music, and he drove away from the scene, leaving Jordan Davis to die in the presence of his friends.

After what happened to Trayvon Martin in the state of Florida, there are a lot of people who think Dunn will walk free and not serve any jail time for killing an unarmed teenager. Check out his testimony below and decide for yourself whether or not he looks and sounds justified in spraying up that SUV with nine bullets.
