Who Had The Best Scream at a Political Event? [POLL]

I’m a huge political junkie, so you know I was really in heaven these last couple of weeks with the National Conventions for both the Republican and Democratic parties.

Now Meryl Streep made news in the DNC for her, er, scream when she began her speech, which of-course was very reminiscent of the scream that Howard Dean let out when he was running for the Democratic Nomination in 2004.

That got me to wondering, who had the best scream at a political event Streep or Dean, lol.
