One of Baltimore's leaders, Joseph Kent, was arrested and booked earlier this morning after being out past the curfew. Kent's "movie like" detainment caused Baltimore to ask the question, "Where is Joseph Kent?" The hashtag #WhereIsJosephKent even beagn floating around the internet and a lawyer has answered that question.
