A: Well, it stems from the fact that we, meaning every single team member employed here, sincerely care about the service we provide animals and their owners. We’re also a prideful and dedicated bunch having high, self-imposed standards of excellence that need to be met professionally, otherwise we would all be sad and being sad stinks.

Q: What if I have an emergency?
A: If you feel your pet is having an emergency and your regular veterinarian is not available, please feel free to call the clinic and we can direct you. You may also bring any patient in if needed (although calling ahead is preferred). The Village Veterinary Clinic of Hamburg is now accepting emergency patients day or night. There will be a veterinarian on premise until midnight Monday-Saturday and Sunday’s until 9 pm. The licensed veterinary technicians and support staff will remain on premises throughout the night to monitor patients, they are available 24/7.

Q: What if I need to check my email while getting a coffee in the waiting room?
A: Our clients will get free wi-fi access at the clinic. They also get to enjoy a nice piping hot cup of coffee from our keurig. Water and candy is also available to those who need it!
