Hey, What Ever Happened To…?

So I was flipping thru WBLK.com the other day and I came across this post DJ Supreme put up this past December about who the true owner of (our fav vodka to pop in the club) Ciroc is, and of-course we all now know Diddy does NOT own Ciroc, he’s just a paid endorser.
But, that got me to thinking…
What happened to Armadale?
We used to pop bottles of Armadale like there was no tomorrow lol… Now that I think about it, of-course correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure that Armadale was the first “hip hop” liquor.
Anyway, like Diddy, Dame Dash & Jay-Z did NOT own the Scottish vodka Armadale. They (Jay & Dame) held (and it seems like Dame still holds) the exclusive rights of distribution in North America. I guess with the break-up of Roc-a-Fella, the side projects fell to the wayside.
I’ve been trying to find some locally & can’t find it anywhere… I think I now need to make it my mission to find me some Armadale (which in my opinion tasted better than Ciroc lol)…
