A Niagara Falls man will spend the next 20 years of his life in prison, after being charged with murder. Last March, Algernon Ray was among the 150 people at a Niagara Falls bar when chaos erupted, leaving 1 dead. Ray, pleaded guilty to the crime Thursday when he learned his fate.
